I.   REQUIREMENTS
- DVD version of Mizuiro required. (WILL NOT WORK with CD version.)
- Windows with Japanese support required.
  This means either a Japanese version operating system,
  or Windows 2000 / XP with Japanese support installed.

II.  INSTALLATION
1 - Install the game from the DVD. The default installation directory:
    C:\progra~1\nekoneko\mizu_dvd\

2 - Copy the contents of this archive to that directory,
    preserving directory structure, -overwriting-
    the NSCRIPT.DAT and MIZU.EXE files.

    You may want to backup these files first if you wish
    to return to Japanese text at a later time.

3 - Run MIZU.EXE and enjoy.

III. INSTRUCTION MANUAL

All operational aspects of the game are translated/subtitled,
EXCEPT the main window bar. I will translate them for you:

[SKIPPREV]
Click to toggle if you want to pick the same choices as previously made
while using the skip button (CTRL).

[AUTOMODE]
Click to toggle automode - after text is displayed, will proceed to
next window in a moment. This is better used with a slower textspeed.
To cancel automode, enter the main-menu by right-clicking the main window.

[VERSION]
Display version information.

[QUIT]
Quit mizuiro.

Anytime during the game, right-click anywhere within the main window
to bring up the main menu:

[MAIN MENU]
Return        - Return to game.
Hide Window   - Hide text window.
Read Back     - Reread old dialogue.
Restart       - Restart to title screen.
Save          - Save game.
Load          - Load game.

If you want to quickly skip dialogue, hold the CTRL button.

IV.  TRANSLATION / EDITING NOTES / DISCLAIMER (PLEASE READ)

  DISCLAIMER
- I have added a game select mode at the beginning which allows
  users to choose how much sexual content they wish. By no means
  shall anyone under 18 be allowed to view such contents. I shall
  not be held responsible for anyone disregarding this order.

- I have only translated one of the five heroines' storylines.
  The other heroines are NOT ACCESSIBLE using this translation.
  You must return to your original japanese datafiles for this.

- I am by no means an expert in the Japanese language,
  so please excuse any errors in my translation. I have tried to
  convey the original meaning as much as I can without being too literal.

- The omake scenarios are NOT translated. If you select omake,
  you will only be taken to the music mode.

- I have replaced the still-frame opening movie with an animated
  one provided by Neko Neko soft. I used Virtualdub to subtitle it.

- I have also added the vocal version of "Scarlet New Version"
  to the Hiyori scenario where it appears in the Dreamcast version.

- I have removed the ability to change your name, because it
  introduced too many window-resizing hassles and you need
  Japanese IME to enter a name in correctly.

- I have fixed some timing problems with the original script.

- I have added in the extra voices present in the DC version,
  and the extra CGs.
