Niconico Douga (ニコニコ動画)

Niconico Douga requires registration but unlike in the early ID limited days anyone can sign up. The main reason I like Niconico douga is that it supports 60fps videos unlike Youtube. The problem is getting decent quality encodes, because regular (non-paying) members have some pretty strict limits to adhere to.
